SSODL has a fully online examination system, including internal and external assessments. To pass each subject, a grade point of 4/10, or a 4 CGPA, is mandatory. This is performed as a practice exam on the university's online portal. However, in some instances, there is the option of on-demand testing, allowing the learner to choose a date and time from the given timeframe.

Internal assessment (30%)
Assignments, quizzes, and other types of academic work completed during the semester are used to assess students. This helps facilitate ongoing learning and participation.

Term-End Examinations (70%)
There are online proctored tests, which are conducted according to the official schedule. These tests contain 60% multiple-choice questions and 40% descriptive answers, assessing general subject knowledge.
