Examination Pattern

DY Patil Online University has an online assessment policy in all its undergraduate and postgraduate programs. The University is committed to transparency in assessment so that students can perform to their fullest potential. Accordingly, a DY Patil student needs to score 35 out of 100 to pass a subject. There are two different modes of assessment - (i) the Term-End Examination and (ii) Internal Assessment.

Internal Assessment:

The Internal Assessment is a maximum of 30% of the total evaluation. Students need to achieve a passing grade of at least 12 marks out of 30 for the Internal Assessments.

Term-end Assessment:

The Term-End Examination is a maximum of 70% of the total evaluation. A passing grade of 33% must be achieved in the term-end examination for the data science and business analytics MBA course. Therefore, the student must score a minimum of 23 out of 70 marks for the Term-End Examinations.
